CLIMATE Climate DESCRIPTION Description HISTORY History GYM Brimburg is home to the second Pokémon League Gym, where trainers may come to battle for one of the eight gym badges. Victors from Brimburg Gym earn the Mountain Badge. The gym specialises in Rock types. There are normal rooms for eating, chatting, and so on for members of the gym, but the main training area is full of rocks. The walls are all made of rock, the room large with a high ceiling. Pillars of rock jut up like little mountains. In no place is the ground flat. Piles of rock show cracks, entrances to little caves. All around are pebbles and dust from rocks Pokémon have crushed. Brute strength is trained here to a high degree. The gym leader's name is Roy. He is a great explorer known for mapping much of the Green Mountains. He's tough and hardy, no-nonsense but not unfriendly. His dæmon is a Sandslash named Hester. He has other Pokémon, but will fight challengers with one level 17 Pokémon and one level 19 Pokémon from the list below. More details can be seen in his PC. The Mountain Badge permits use of TM/HMs of base power 70 or lower.
