APPEARANCE

Rakutsu is a paled skin teen. He fairs at five feet and seven inches tall. He has a medium built body making strong enough to lift is own body weight. His dark black hair goes down to his back

For clothes he wears basic clothing. He has a short sleeve white shirt under a black and red hoodie. He owns a red bandanna he wears around his neck. Raku has cotton wraps around his hands with a longer piece hanging off his hands. He owns a pair of blue jeans and black running shoes. He kept his team rocket uniform

                                                                                                                                   PERSONALITY 

Raku is a rather quiet person. He doesn't like to talk much towards people. He only likes to talk to his pokemon as they are his friends. Raku doesn't trust people much and will have a hard time opening up to anyone. He finds it easier to open up to his pokemon as they would do anything to hurt him.

Despite this, he is still a good person at heart. He doesn't stand for bullies, pokemon abuse, or trainers who see then as tools. Sometimes his curiousity can get the better of him and could get him in trouble. He hate small talk and only wants to get down to business. He likes to battle with his pokemon and get stronger. He hates being called weak.

HISTORY

Rakutsu was born in Blackthorn city in the Johto. He was a only child to a married couple in a small home. When he was born,  a Gardevoir with a odd color stream appered with him. Him and the Gardevoir when every where wth each other form then on. When he was less then two years old a squad of team rocket members came in to there home. They said that Raku's father was gone since he trying to give information to the police. They wanted the Raku to carry out his fathers punishment by serving team rocket for life. His mother tried to defend Raku, but was dealt with easily.

For ten years, he was taught everything he need to become a top rocket member. Instead of the basic training every member got, he was picked from a top ranking admin to under go a special type of training. The training would teach him to be as stealth as the night. He was as people would say a ninja. After his training was complete, he was given a mission to steal rare fossils. He got the fossils and was caught by anyone.  For the next five years he when on many missions, stolen many pokemon, and rare items.

One day everthing changed when on a mission to rob a pokemon center of the pokemon he was ordered to kill a few trainers in it and the nurse joy. He denied this and fought the members while the trainers and nurse got away to get the cops. After taking care of the members, Raku broke into the base and got his things. He was on the run and had no idea where to go as Team rocket has control in Johto and kanto. Tatinia had suggested a region far away from the two regions. The region was named Enera. They both got on to a ship That was heading for the region so they can hide from team rocket. 




Tatinia

Name: Tatinia
Alias: Gardevoir
Gender: Female
Age Settled: 15
Views on Form(s): Tatinia his very satisfied with her form. She thinks it reflects more on both her and Raku.
APPERANCE:
Tatinia apperance is just like any other Gardevoir. But she has a different color stream then it get Gardevoirs. The parts of her body that are green are now black as she didn't like the color green very much. The red horn on her chest is black instead of red. Her eyes are violet instead of red.

PERSONALITY

Tatinia deeply cares for Raku ands never leaves his side. She doesn't like to open up to people other then him as he has a hard time trusting people. If someone tries to get near her she will indeed answer with vilonce. Regardless Tatinia is the love and care that Raku needed in his time growing up with team rocket. She will often let him rest his head in her lap when he his tired. She doesn't has any problem with other pokemon however and can open up to them with ease.

On the right track, but I think you might need a little more explanation on dæmons. They're not the same as Pokémon though they have Pokémon form - they're essentially a person's soul/conscience in physical form. They can't go much further than about 10-15 feet from their humans and everyone is born with them. Raku won't have found Tatinia, she'd have been with him from birth. With the forms, she can change her shape to any non-legendary Pokémon until Raku reaches a certain age (you put 15 which is fine) at which point she'd settle on one form forever (in her case a Gardevoir).
