HOW IT WORKS Your character can go here to buy or rent a flat/apartment or house anywhere in Enera. Just walk in and discuss what you would like with one of the estate agents. Renting usually costs about £100 per in-game month, but may be higher depending on size and location. Sharing with another character is a good way to afford it. Houses are obviously more expensive than flats/apartments, and vary in size and price dramatically. It costs about £10,000 to buy a flat/apartment or house. Yes, this is a lot cheaper than the real world, but otherwise no one would be able to afford it! When buying the house, you will have an idea of its size and appearance, but once you have bought it you can decide the details. Draw out a floor plan, design the interior, say your character has been furniture shopping (we won't charge you if you want to do that!) and decorating, whatever your heart desires! You will be given your own sub-board in the town in which your character's place of residence lies. You can post any basic information you want here and staff will sticky the information threads you make if you wish. If your place is big enough, you may send your character's Pokémon there as well as or instead of to Professor Pine, depending on the suitability of the Pokémon to be left at your house (e.g. you wouldn't be able to keep a Wailmer in a small apartment!). Your character can still travel the world like anyone else but will have a nice place of their own to come back to. Prices vary depending on the town as well as the size of the building.
