STAFF RULES AND POWERS

I. STAFF MUST LOOK AFTER PEOPLE The staff members are here to look out for everyone else on the site. It's their job to stop anything nasty and deal with problems anyone might have. All the normal rules still apply to staff members, and they need to treat everyone fairly. II. BECOMING A STAFF MEMBER AND PROMOTION Staff members will be added and promoted as demand requires. When new members of staff are needed, reliable and helpful existing members will be asked. If you really want to be a staff member, just say you're interested and we'll see what we can do. Staff members will be promoted if needed, and those that are will be the most helpful ones who show they are capable of more tasks. III. HEAD ADMINISTRATOR POWERS Behold, your overlord and creator! OK, so it's not quite like that, but the head admin is the creator of this site. There's only one, and they can do what they like since they do own the site (but not Pokémon, dæmons, stuff other people have written and posted here, basically anything they didn't come up with themselves). They should try not to mad with power, and will listen to and consider any input from anyone on the site. Enera wouldn't exist without its members and their good ideas, after all! Head Admin: Birdybot IV. CO-ADMINISTRATOR POWERS There are never many admins, only one or two. This isn't a post you can apply for, you have to be promoted after a while of good service as a mod or g-mod. They can do just about anything here, although any major changes such as adding new boards or changing the plot has to have the Head Admin's approval. They take charge when the Head Admin is away. Co-Admins: None V. GLOBAL MODERATOR POWERS There are a few g-mods, more than there are admins but less than mods. These are generally promoted from mods, although some people might head straight to this position. They can accept characters and can mod on all roleplay boards. G-Mods: None VI. MODERATOR POWERS The mods make up the majority of the staffing team. These people are expected to help reply to topics every time the other member replies to them. They can mod on roleplaying boards. Mods: None VII. GRAPHICS MODERATOR POWERS The graphics mods can't mod boards, but they can prettify the site. These people are good with layouts, coding and graphics, and can make skins and images to make Enera look as good as possible. Graphics mods: None
